​In January, AmeriHealth updated several policies. Recently published updates include:

  • 08.00.13ac: Immune Globulin Intravenous (IVIG), Subcutaneous (SCIG). Effective date, 01/31/2022.
  • 07.00.03o: Full-Body Monoplace or Multiplace Chamber Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Effective date, 01/31/2022.
